Rather a difficult King and Pawn endgame (Black to move). What’s going on?

in this case.black next move should be kh5 to depend his h4 pawn and to get out in a great disaster.(if the black move is f5,having a wrong thought that the white e4 pawn will capture it..white move is follow with e5..blocking black’s king in f6 square and 3 steps for a silver lining queen.
