This thread is purely information on the steps involved with purchasing Cubits and Crowns.

Depending on your location - you will have various payment options. The most common payment methods are:

• Paypal
• Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex
• Mobile - Zong

The following options are available when choosing "Show More Options"

Purchasing via Credit Card

Step 1 - Click the "Buy" button inside the Application

Step 2 - Choose the Credit Card bullet, and click "Continue"



Step 3 - Choose your preferred Cubit/Crowns bundle, and click "Continue"



Step 4 - Enter your Credit Card information in the relevant boxes, then "Complete Purchase".



Your transaction will then be processed, and you will receive a message once approved. Your Cubits/Crowns will then be immediately transferred to your account.

Purchasing via Mobile

Step 1 - Click the "Buy" button inside the Application

Step 2 - Choose the Mobile bullet, and click "Continue"



Step 3 - Choose your preferred Cubit/Crowns bundle, and click "Continue".
NOTE: These values will differ based on your location and mobile carrier. In some regions, the ability to purchase Crowns may not be available.



Step 4 - Select your carrier and telephone number, and select Continue.
NOTE: After clicking "Continue", Zong might display a message that your carrier cannot accept the selected amount, and may request your Credit Card details. This is a restriction put in place by your carrier - they will not allow the selected Crowns/Cubits bundle to be purchased. In this case, please choose a lower amount bundle .



Step 5 - You will now receive a text message (SMS) with your confirmation number. Enter the 4 digit PIN code, and click "Continue". If you have not received your confirmation code via text message, please contact support@zong.com





Step 6 - The code will then be verified. At this point, you will receive another text message saying your purchase has been successful.



Your transaction will then be processed, and you will receive the following screen once approved. Your Cubits/Crowns will then be immediately transferred to your account. You may choose to partake in Zong's offer to provide them with your Credit Card details, or simply to complete the transaction by clicking on "No Thanks".

Purchasing via PayPal

Step 1 - Click the "Buy" button inside the Application

Step 2 - Choose the PayPal bullet, and click "Continue"



Step 3 - Choose your preferred Cubit/Crowns bundle, and click "Continue".



Step 4 - If you have a PayPal account, please log in with your PayPal information, then proceed to Step 5. If not, simply click "Create a PayPal account", and provide the information requested.



Step 5 - Confirm that all the information is correct, and click "Continue". Should you wish to change any details, simply click the "Change" links next to each option you would like to change.



Your transaction will then be processed, and you will receive your Cubits/Crowns once approved.
