Can't play games after login on Win 7 64 bit

This is what happens to me on my Windows 7 64 bit environment:
When I log in everything is proceeding smoothly until the "today´s deal" banner appears. When I close it I just get a blank screen and nothing happens. I tried with several browsers both 64 bit and 32 bit.

Everything is working fine on my Win XP. Are there known issues with Win 7? Is there somewhere a list of supported browsers?

Try not to close the deal, just click on cube cafe or something, it will automatically close.

my problem is there is nothing left to click at. The "today´s deal" already appears in front of a blank dark grey background. If I click on the background "today´s deal" in fact disappears, leaving me with just the same blank background as if I close the deal.

Few things you can try:

Disconnect your router/modem for 5 minutes (remove the power as well as the telephone line cable) and connect them up again.
Also worth checking that you have the latest updates from Microsoft for Windows, and that you have the latest Adobe Flash running.
If this is happening across all browsers - I would suggest trying a different PC (with Windows 7 installed) at a family member who friends' house and see if the same occurs.
Lastly, you may want to try another username.

thank you for the tips. I can exclude the router/modem, and problems with the account, since everything works well when loging in from Win XP via the same router / modem.

I´ll check next week on another Win 7 PC

Hi, I solved it. It was a flash player setting. Chesscube site was not allowed to save data on my computer.
After allowing 100 kB it worked. It looks like Chesscube is saving the background (or some settings) on the users computer.
