Please read the following steps in concern to your inquiry..
- If I received a validation email:
Click on the validation link in the validation email - If I did not receive a validation email:
1. Send a blank email to validate@chesscube.com or
2. Click on help -> resend validation email while online
3. Click on the link provided in the email you will receive from validate@chesscube.com - If you still do not receive a validation email, do the following:
1. Look in your spam/trash folders for the email
2. If it is not there, add validate@chesscube.com and support@chesscube.com to your email account's "safe senders" and re-send an email to validate@chesscube.com
3. Sign up with a gmail account and change your email details online - your provider may have blocked all emails from our server
If you still have problems with e-mail validation, please email us at support@chesscube.com

Re: Getting frustrated
nope still no e-mail validation. no spam filters on or anything. I registered at http://www.chesshere.com/reg_done.php and they sent me a validation straight away.
Re: Getting frustrated
