Getting frustrated

Can someone please help, I have repeatedly asked for a validation e-mail and repeatedly clicked the link but i never got one and can't finish the starting process therefore most of the in-game features are locked to me. When i tried to click on the support link it takes me to a blank web page

Re: Getting frustrated

Hi,

Please read the following steps in concern to your inquiry..

  • If I received a validation email:
Click on the validation link in the validation email

  • If I did not receive a validation email:
    1. Send a blank email to [email protected] or
    2. Click on help -> resend validation email while online
    3. Click on the link provided in the email you will receive from [email protected]

  • If you still do not receive a validation email, do the following:
    1. Look in your spam/trash folders for the email
    2. If it is not there, add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email account's "safe senders" and re-send an email to [email protected]
    3. Sign up with a gmail account and change your email details online - your provider may have blocked all emails from our server

If you still have problems with e-mail validation, please email us at [email protected]

Thanks,
-Sansen
