Unable to access login page

Once i click on Login/play button, it goes up to 100% than stuck there. Sometimes i also get the error message that "Unable to connect with Macromedia" I tried both in firefox and Internet Explorer same issue on both browser. Kindly suggest.
Even some times OK button does not appear when the 100% downloading is complete & it was earlier displayed in WIN CUBIT.

Try again, it should be fixed by now.

Sometimes the easiest solution as try again and hope it works really works, (talking as a Computer Engineer, I have seen a lot of strange thing specially in Windows.)
