Not able to load the playing board

I am having a issue with loading the playing board. could you please fix it?

Good afternoon,

I suppose it is a problem with flash, have you tried upgrading your flash of your computer or changing browser from google chrome to firefox or so? Since it is really strange for that to happen. I mean I have seen it happen me in google chrome seldom times as well as the board going black in which the best way to get it back is by changing tab and coming back.

I would tell you to explore a bit.

sorry for bad language
i can not open the login board this link => .../play/app/
just see black page , before this page opened but now do not open
i test it in fireFox and google chrome and IE8 my flash palyer is version 10.2
i got the this problem times and times so very unhappy
i do not like change my site :doh:

plz help me AAAAAmmmm a perfect help (A)
