Down to only three of the VIP videos as I type this ...

I suppose that when it is updating there is a time of day where you have less video's but it should be back to five in few moments.

I have 5 now.

Since the tournament I wanted to play is cancelled maybe I will watch some.

It did go back to 5, but we've dwindled down to 3 again. Is it really so hard?

I suppose it takes a bit of time to update to next video, I am not too sure behind the reason but I suppose that first they take away last video and the put the new one, it may need a bit more time.

Just be patient, and play a bit until the new one comes.

I see we now have 4. Unfortunately, two of these are the same video by different titles ("ChessCube 4" and "Saidy vs Fischer"). For me a big part of a chess site is whether it helps me improve my play ... which is why the videos are important. Seriously thinking of taking my money elsewhere when my VIP runs out.

It's been a while since I updated this. Mostly things have ticked over fairly well. But as I type this I'm down to two videos in my inventory

It will take a while to get the 5 videos back since the server change, be patient it will get back to normal in some days time do not worry about it.

It's been a while since I updated this ... down to one video as I type this. It's a brilliant, multipart video on the King's Gambit and there's 86 mins worth of it (as sold for $16 in the chesscube shop), but it's still "one video" rather than the advertised five.

Still not sure why this is so hard for chesscube to get right.
