Hi, I lodged a complaint regarding player dlsmith3 time cheating and received an automated response with instruction how to proceed. When I tried to email the game to chess support team, I was unable to send the email and instead had a message that the email address contains invalid characters. The address, however was copied from the auto replay message and also typed in manually, to no avail. What am I supposed to do?

I am afraid that it may not be time cheat by your oponent but something to do with lag or with the package lose. You can send your game to support@chesscube.com .
You can take a look at, viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2375 to see oponent lag, viewtopic.php?f=12&t=35 for lag compensation, viewtopic.php?f=13&t=844 for same kind of problem about oponent lag and viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2359 for package losing issues.

go to game history and check the game and if u find time is increasing (will be shown) then ur complaint is genuine(some chance),,otherwise it is due to lag(means ur opponent is moving fast but some time is taking to be recieved and clock will run and after that time will be adjusted due to lag),,,,or he has the abolity to premove and may be u dont have it,,,plz dont abuse the ppl without any proper idea
