Cashing out

I've got a problem.

The problem is that I haven't receive my cashed out money.
I cashed out on hingting1997. On my bro's email: thl_prod@hotmail.com (paypal account).
I've waited 3-4 days, received nothing while the cash out process takes 72 hours or less (stands on cash out message).
Now waiting like 2-3 weeks, I was wondering what's going to happen now.
Maybe you guys are too busy.
I've also already sent an email to support@chesscube.com.
