validate yahoo email

hy! my friend try to create a new acount but he didn't receive the mail to validate the acount. i remember that i had the same error until i changed to gmail. can't be created an acount with yahoo mail?

There should be something like this: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2235 (go to page 2) in yahoo too. Try searching for that and making your email hoster to rerecieve every email.
