Reset Password email not received

Can anyone with these powers send me one asap as I've been waiting for nearly 4 days now and before anyone asks, yes, I have checked my spam folder and my address is an ntlworld one based in the UK. The account to which this is referring too has a long VIP status period (and crowns) and each day being wasted due to being inactive. Can anyone help?

Chirpy: I am not questioning what you have seen but I am talking about filters not spam. Just do try it in a way I have described and it may or may not work for you.
