video not showing up in inventory

got 'how good is your chess" vol.10 that was on special, and it is not showing up in my inventory??

any ideas...

Im having the same problem, the videos dont appear on the inventory!
I can't buy any video even tough I have millions of cubits! The videos just don't show up on my inventory and the number of cubits I have remains the same!

I think it is due to maintenance those may be down for a little while do not worry they will come back, if not try at [email protected] they should help you better than I can.
