Delete preset time options

It should be more time options like Fischer's Style or Hourglass. Also we should be able to set the time, and not just select preset time options.

I think it is quite a nice feature to have a user the ability to set any timer they want which is at least 1 min timer or more. Since I would not let the oportunity for people to play 1 sec games.

Other timers would be nice, I would really love to play 7 min + 7 sec per move games.
