I won but i did not increase my ratings
I won a match but did not get any ratings nor did my opponent loose any points. Why?

It happens at times that rating and cubit updates may be delayed a short while, but after some time everything gets updated 
I sometimes drift over this way,, but not very often

Been 2 days now. This is pretty unfair.

I have been experiencing a persistent disconnection bug, where I loose rating although the opponent forfeits on time.
