Tournament error

I reacently played a Warzone U1400 tournament and won every game. There was just one problem;my first five games began to load but just kept loading and never stopped until the timr was up. I lost lots of points but was able to get 2nd place. I could have won without this glitch. I tried closing out everything else and even reloading the page. Nothing worked. Can anyone help me with this glitch?
