????? what kind of chinesse sofware is CC

When the tourney starts, I have -1 points? What`s this? Please, make it better. A lot of problems with your server/sofware. Maybe 5mb. connect isn`t enough, but you must say the specs we will need to play right before.
And the feedbaks are loose time , nobody look for it, you can take out it.

I don`t know what happend, but the last 2 days , when I entter to CC, my computer can`t run this sheet, I look for it and you`ll need 400mb ram only for CC??????????? I don`t know what`s that, but it`s impossible to play loosing 2 sec for move!!!, pre-moves spent time, I have red connect while I have 5mb. free for CC, and similar things........this isn`t chess, this is just trash. and don`t say to me that I must play tourneys at more times, because the daily warzones are only a 2 min.
CC must learn from chessbase or buho 21, there I have noone problems like here.
