Lost rating points from intentional disconnection

Hi,

I lost a legitimate rated win because my opponent made a mistake, lost his queen and then disconnected form your servers at his end, somehow causing the game to not register as even being played in my games list.

It is not bug, if you are in a game and you get the move lose bug the game will be erased and it will be as it has not been played, although it is a bit frustrating in warzones.

That sounds like a bug to me

Pretty frustrating as I only play 15 minute games, meaning you can spend up to half an hour trying to win a game for it to count for nothing.

Is there another thread where this issue has been raised and a solution to it proposed?
