I can't play a game, stage 2 of 2 blocked at 90 %

Hello,
I 'm sorry I can't access a game, the computer recognizes my name and code but the stage 2 of 2 blocks at 90%. And when I can acess a list of opponents after clicking the 15mn button for example (when I can !) the list is empty.
What can I and should I do ?
