Why am I not able to chat?
I am able to type the message but others don't see it. Why is that happening to me?

Check your 'settings' (click your handle/name at the center top of screen), see if for Community:
Disable Chat, is OFF.
While you're there, see if:
Do Not Disturb (if you're VIP), is OFF.
Disable Chat, is OFF.
While you're there, see if:
Do Not Disturb (if you're VIP), is OFF.
