can't load cc

Im having a problem loading cc. all i get is a blank black page. that goes for firefox, chrome and ie. i already did the following;

uninstalled flashplayer
reboot
downloaded and installed the latest flashplayer
reboot

but to no avail. i did this for all 3 web browsers. can someone help me here?
