keep losing games this way

So i'm in a game and my opponent is to move then the time runs out and i get a message saying i lost x amount of rating.What is this?To think i was considering paying money to this site.It's full of bugs.I mean i have an excellent connection and this garbage keeps happening.

Try reading here, viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1571 . I know there are lots of posts like this, it happens, lost move bug is really difficult to solve.
