Player Boljug abusing friend request:

I've been trying to compete in tournaments, and there's a player that keeps trying to distract me by spamming friend requests. I put him on my block players list, but that doesn't stop him from distracting me from friend requests. This should be considered a bug, since a blocked player should NOT be allowed to spam friend requests.
