problem with buying cubits

hello
can someone help?I just tryed to send gift to friend,i buy cubits for him,but he dont receive cubits..But money gone from my account!

If its based money its really hard to tolerate,

The way to buy is

1-Click Buy in your friends account after login on top right
2- select the method of payment and pacake,
3-Enter Security Details,
4-Theres is instant pacakage increase into account

Note:I have purchased before,so i know these

5- If money is taken from your account ,you can contact sean@chesscube.com or support@chesscube.com,i know there are replies here,but its money oriented and i prefer that this topic is highlighted,a mail can be seen clearly,here its hard to have eyes on this topic as there are many surrounding it,
