Bug on time forfait

I lost a game for time forfait but actually I should have won for forfait.
I was black and game history shows that last move was a black one.
Game was played on 02/03/2013 at 15:53 comjacques vs dontoto.

This just now happened to me too. I had this happen 3 times since I been on chess cube. This bug has been around for a LONG time and all I can guess is chess cube is not interested in fixing it. Maybe they don't care. It's a shame to lose good ratings for nothing!
