Cheating so obvious

I'm asking you admins to look at my game against rich123. My name is Sarrruman and game was played at 23.03.2013.
We played for 2000 cubits and he played fast and so accurate that I'm apsolutely sure it was cheating. His rating was 1578 and mine 1724. I ask you to give me back my cubits and to ban this cheater.
