I got banned for no reason

I was playing with a guy and he said he was going to close my account for cheating.
I didnt do anything, I think he was mad because he lost lots of cubits and then reported me.
The next day I got banned for cheating - sandbagger/underrated player.
My highest rating was a little over 2300. I was 2100+ when I played him.
Can someone please fix this.

you were intentionally playing with an account that was lower rated than your true ability. You even have another account that is currently rated over 2700 !!! Playing as a under-rated user is not fair and is not allowed on ChessCube.

you were intentionally playing with an account that was lower rated than your true ability. You even have another account that is currently rated over 2700 !!! Playing as a under-rated user is not fair and is not allowed on ChessCube.

2700! tell me what other account I have that is 2700. My best ability is around 2300. I think you have made a mistake.
Can you please fix this because I love playing on ChessCube. I can assure you that I dont have an account that is 2700.
