TWO-fold draw from repetition????

I just had a 5 min blitz game that was declared a draw from repetition, when in fact no position occurred more than twice, I am sure of it. I was up a rook so this was quite annoying. Can someone tell me what the deal is? :S

[EDIT: I just learned that this is a known site glitch. Oh well. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!]

This was the game.
