Cannot log in after rending a video

After a long time, I rent a video by spending huge amount of cubits. I did not watch the video completely and also I am trying to log to the site for days to watch the remaining of the video, but I couldn't. It is not progressing after 86%. Today or tomorrow is the last day of that video and I'm frustrated about that. I wonder whether this is a new strategy to steal users cubits because there is many restrictions on giving bonus cubits as well. As a regular user I know It is very easy to log to the site. So, I have a reasonable doubt about this

The problem is not with the login, but it is with the loading. It is not progressing after 86% in the splash screen.
