Turn Pre move off

Is it possible to have an option in settings to turn pre moves off?

ah.. the premove feature which I don't use.
You might have had a mistake in moving it thinking that it's your turn but it's actually your opponent's. I would love to use it if it's actually a "conditional move." ;)

Premoves are moves you can make before it's your turn while your opponent is still thinking.

To use premove, you simply make a move in the same way you would move if it was your turn. After your opponent makes his move, your move will be made, assuming that the move is legal. Its widely used in bullet games mainly to avoid losing on time. Premoving is only recommended if you are very low on time, as premoving entails a certain amount of risk if your opponent makes a move that you did not expect. However, it can save you a split second, making it very useful for Bullet Chess.
I sometimes drift over this way,, but not very often

i hate premoves too :(
it is not a move ,even the best move ,that you must seek ,but a realizable plan.....(chess proverb)

i agree it is useful,,,but many use it as trick :pray:

I think this should be a condition agreed at start of play, like if the game is rated.
Unfair to people who are playing off laptop touchpad.
