Something must be done with these guys. There was one that had over 500 points betwens his ratings, he was 2160 and played tournaments for 1600 max. I suggest a limit betwen the 2 ratings, so if your general game-playing rating is 200 (150) points over the limit of the tournament you wont get in. Sorry about my english.
