Why cant i talk in anay room?

hi i just want to now for 3 months now i am not amble to say i in an room what did i do wrong ??
If i say hi in an room and pres the x butten and come back its not there.
What did i do wrong.
its been sow since an nother member bolkced me an i blocked that preso.
now i dont have that member bolcked and its still the same.
i would like to noww what i did wrong and il acsept it if it is writ

this happens when u are site muted,your chat maybe visible for u at the time you type and not for others,also if u come back its not seen again,
