That is correct, 20 people from kosovo and currently residing there. No double posts from the same user is allowed, IP is checked when requesting.

Can vote the players, even if players from Kosovo,but they living abroad temporarily and are registered in other states room because there is no room for Kosovo and they want a room, many from them asking me, can we request kosovo room? can they?
