friendly tournament Egypt vs Malysia to join

hello my brothers in egyptian and malysian rooms
i would like to orgnize a tournament between malysian and egyptian room .. and hope u share us
the roles :
1. date will be Fri 24-2-2011 at 15:00 in egypt ... 21:00 in malysia .
2.
a) each team will has 6 players .. there are 2 teams (Malysian team) and ( Egyptian team )
b) any body want to join will post here ( i want to join ) and type his team in the posting ... then i hope he request to add me to his list
c) we will chose the higher rated 6 player to join us in each team
d) at wed 22-2-2011 i will post the pairs to be ready for the meeting at fri 24-2-2011 at 15:00 in egypt time ... 21:00 malysia time .
3. time control will be 30 min unrated game ... one game for every pair .
4. all players will has a prize ( winers and lossers ) the prize is the friendship
5.6. i am looking for any suggestion .. but changes in roles will be so littel to don't make confuse .
6. please be sure that u will be ready at the date of the tournament before ask to join .
