Starting a new room or cafe in CC and also livestreaming !!

Can anyone help me out how chessnetwork,piewalker and kingcrusher started their own cafe in CC??
And how do they livestream their games ???
Can I also do both the things??

To start a new Room..I Think you have to talk to site admin..only admin can do something in this matter.
