I will love to know the cuisines of the the japan

oh If u come to japan, u will be amazed to see rich food culture of japan. I think there's almost nothing u can't eat in japan In japan, there're restaurants of any country's food...and even at home, we cook a wide variety of things...japanese, italian, french, chinese,..etc. It seems japanese people also r good at in using any country's cuisine in harmony with their original ones And a great number of people in japan have much interest in foods or cuisines, so there're many TV programs concerning cooking,too. So, sometimes i get sick of those TV programs..lol. What is your favorite japanese food

do u know how to make sushi lewi?

hi intan i think...it's not so easy to make sushi for an amateur like me ,cuz it needs special skills .
but we often make hand-rolled sushi, "temaki-zushi" at home which is very easy to make and also fun
you should try someday

teach me then! coz i only know how to make gunkan and maki sushi..

wow! you know gunkan maki then, im sure u can make temaki-zushi
it's easy, because all u have to do is just roll whatever u want in a sheet of seaweed tuna, shrimp, cucumber, cuttlefish...whatever and i will teach you how to make it anytime

but i dont really like to eat temaki sushi..

yeah.. somehow, very difficult to get that rice here ..its diff from regular rice..

sure..im ready to learn how to make real sushi..
