Re: does turkey in asia or europe ?

Turkey is in both...
Arguably Turkey is MORE Asian since 97% of the country is in Asia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkey
Turkey is a transcontinental Eurasian country. Asian Turkey (made up largely of Anatolia), which includes 97% of the country, is separated from European Turkey by the Bosphorus, the Sea of Marmara, and the Dardanelles (which together form a water link between the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea). European Turkey (eastern Thrace or Rumelia in the Balkan peninsula) comprises 3% of the country.

Re: does turkey in asia or europe ?

At a point of view of yours, the reason that you included Turkey in /asia group is all about that your thoughts and ignorance actually. I heard you say %97 of the country is in Asia, if we look up the issue we're talking bout in a racist way, yes it is. But the borderlines and the belonging islands doesn't seem to name like that since the U.S.A. founded lol. If you mind looking at the country charts in the internation deals or else, u can easily see that Turkey belongs to european group. I highly recommend you to investigate this issue and look deeper at our eyes. It's just looks as normal as urs. So.. I don't actually dislike or ignore Asians but obviously you are doing it.
