security on this site

I think your security sucks here. Several times i have been winning games(sometimes much higher rated people than me) and just when their clock is about to run out, i get bumped from the game, with computer froze. When i get off and come back i have lost the game. And you want me to pay to play here?

Last time this happened it said shock wave plugin stopped working, so maybe it's not a security issue but how can i correct this?Happens too often.
