Bans for cheating - Country list

Besides cheating, no matter what site I play chess at, the Filipinos tend to be the worst sports. Keeping in mind the proportion of the numbers of players from various countries I've played the most disconnection, or just not moving at all in a losing position comes from the Philippines. Also lots of trash talking. But at the same time I've also met a few Filipinos that were great sports and the one's I know in real life are great people. In my opinion though, they probably have the largest extremity in which there probably is a large amounts going both ways. While there are many honest players, there are also a large amount of dishonest. I don't mean to generalize but this is what I've faced.
But besides that, I have to say that this list is quite misleading and perhaps unfair. I don't see how it can hurt to also include the number of players from each country along the number of cheaters.

Referring to the number of users to CC from Albania user, that is not bed..

SLAP YOUR FACES ALL " CHEATERS " REALLY HARD!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS. You don't deserved to be in here at Chesscube or any chess sites. Unless, you have in your head the word " FAIR PLAY"

I am rare login in forum and not reading all topics in here....maybe because this is part of my lazyness attitude but now when i am login i found this topic which is interesting for me but i don't have any deep comments on it. I cannot say harder to those cheaters because i don't want to offend them and insult me back. I can only say....i love playing 1 min (bullet) and i hate playing against those BulletPlayers=BadConnections. Maybe some over there are not banned coz they cheated? maybe because of their lags (it will make time longer) you found them cheated? Very important to know how they do it.

1.) Before you ban a player, are you making a discussions the said player why, how he/she do it?
2.) Their games are cheacked before they get ban?

I hope my post is considerable to Administrations. I am looking forward for your great reply.

I never play anyone from India any more. I just got fed up with the obvious cheating and/or receiving help from friends long before I read this thread.

Don't be mistaken, all of us are a cheat in some other ways, not only in chess, if you did not cheat in your entire life then should we see you in heaven dude.

First of, I truely understand how it hurts when you are cheated in a game like chess, I myself is a premium user and I don't want to lose my cubits to cheaters, that is why I stop playing 3 to 5 min games, I just play bullet. And I thank the admin for making such huge effort on detecting cheaters. Kudos to you all.

Now for the curiosity part:
1. Is the player's country of origin determines on the country that they put in their profile or in the IP that they have?
2. Do you really need to state the number or is it better to use the ratio of honest/cheater?
3. Do you really knew that all that are banned are citizen of that country? How many were the same user in some usernames?
4. Do the number of listed cheaters are individual person or the user names are consisted of one person per number of user names? Did you take into consideration that one person can have 10 usernames in CC? Did you also considered that there could be 10 person sharing one IP?
5. How is it hard to post the number of registered user per country? You have the record and I don't think that it is hard to pull it out in your database.

I know that you all admins are doing your best to make chesscube the best chess site, but please, consider everything before you post, specially you Bryan; thinking that you are an administrator and you show bias in your posts, if you are an admin you should be earning your respect like a leader, if you are a leader and no one is following you; then you are just taking a walk.

India is on the top of the list!!! Its so shameful... Now i know why i am being called a cheater by some users when then lose against me in a match even though i never cheated...its sad....
