I think the main thing how it is possible to stop cheaters is to stop the free registration.
While it is free - it is impossible to stop them. Because if I would like to cheat, for me it doesn't matter if I will be banned as long as it's easy for me to create another account.

Of course, someone might consider a payed registration as a bad move, but it is possible to improve this system by creating an invitation system, which by and large means that a respectable CC user can send an invite for his friend and a user that use it, will be linked to an inviter. Therefore it will be possible for good people to enter CC for free and will stop cheaters as well.

sometimes when I play, my oppenant seem losing time limit. but when it reaches the last click, suddenly the clock seem to added time itself. Can you tell me why or is it one of the cheat?

You might have experienced to what we call as "lag", that was the cause of what happened.

Beware that many of them are not running chess engines directly on their windows pc but on cheap $200 net book computers and other devices to avoid the server detecting them multi tasking that's how a majority of cheaters on owl 21 server get away with it.

Same tournament. No doubling has been applied. I understand some players might resigned if doubling is applied.

Maybe your oponent felt that he could not beat you since you took his queen really fast in the first game and thought that he could not beat you in the second one. Or as you claim he is just trying to lose ratign to sandbag other players, without rating of players it is difficult to say more about this.

I find that beating some players I have played a lot is difficult, some don't suit my style of playing even if I have 100 points more rating than them. Maybe your oponent feels that way.

i think it would be a good idea if when people disconect they shouldnt have 2mins to resume, certain individuals are exploiting a bugg in your system and using chess engines and if that doesnt work they somehow disconect either way i lose points and face and confidence
