This is somewhat on topic I hope,
I completed my profile because of the ChessCube's promise of "Complete Your Profile to Earn Cubits!".
Well, after I completed it, it now says, "Cubits Earned" but...my earned cubits were not credited to my account as promised.
So, who do I ask to add them and how many did I earn for completing my profile?
I know it benefits the site to have members with complete profiles to foster more of a community experience.
So, I've done my end of the bargain...
What's it going to take to have my cubits I earned added to my account?
Any ideas?
Thanks for any insight on getting them added you can add!
I know I can always just go back and remove my information or just never come back to the site or something if there isn't the compensation required for this position, but I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt first.
However, if the cubits that are advertised as being in exchange for completing the task aren't awarded as expected or if there is some type of "cop out" or excuse like, "that's only part of the puzzle, you have to do some additional tasks to follow the dangling carrot", then I'll just be glad I didn't give them the chance to toy around with my cubits after spending money for them.
Make it easy and painless (aka no room for confusion in the process) to get the goods with the free stuff first and more people will trust you'll do good business when it comes to the paid transactions.
