Can't play games?

I can log in but it wont let me click on play games =( it comes up with an error. Can any one help me please. xx

Have you tried refreshing your browser? If not, please do so. Try logging in through another browser as well.

Still wont work, it recognises my account but when it trys to load it, it fails =(
it gets stuck on 0% but still logs me in. Any more ideas, can you reset the account or something?

ok my account is now working, but it says there is no one playing any games?

well seems as no one can help me ill just go to another chess website. xx
