Let's see, here. Well first try I suppose for everyone is to try to find a backrank mate in 8th file with c columned rook. However, any of the first moves to achive that will work. Either 1 Rd6xNe6 or any other sack like a queen sack will not get to our goal since black can defend.

1. Rxe6 fxe6 2. Rc4 b5 3. Rh4 Rf7 4. Rxh5 Rxf6 0-1

Thus our goal should be getting nice material advantage, like an exchange.
First we try 1 Rc1-c4 in order to try to get the queen trapped searching for 2 Rh4 or Rg4. But this second move will not work. Since black has another scape. In Qh5-g6. Now queen can cover g4 square while attacking the black rook on second file.

1. Rc4 Qg6 2. Qf3 Qxh6 3. Qxb7 1-0

Now white has a nice attacking position and is an exchange up.
