so black is losing in all variations
lets take a look of some variations
...
if
2.Nc4 Rc2 (threatening Qxf2+ and Qxg2 mate)
3.Qxd2 Nxd2
4.Qxd1+ Nf1
5.Qf1+ #

Qxd2 doesnt exist. Rc3 doesnt work.. it doesnt threat anything... White plays Ke4!

----------

The real answer is Rc2
1. ... - Rc2

2.e4 - Bd3!
and in all variations black loses in mate or at least loses the rook (i found one that loses the rook and a pawn.. so black still will win).

Rook C2 is the winning move, white resigns

Actually 1... Rc2 2.Ne4 f5 3.Dd8+ Kh7 4.Nf6+ might not be enough. The best is 2...Bd3 threatening Bxe4 and white is defenceless.

@ alex: it is not that simple.

1... Rc2 is the best move I believe although, I like 1... Bd3 move too. I think that Rc2 is better.

[FEN "2r3k1/5pp1/bp1Np2p/p7/3Q4/1P2P3/P3qPPP/3R2K1 b - - 0 0"]
1... Rc2 2. Kh1 Qxf2
3. Rg1 Bf1 4. Qg4 Rc1 5. Qf3 Qxg1+ 6. Kxg1 Be2+ 7. Kf2 Bxf3 8. Kxf3 Rc2 9. Nc4 a4 10. Nxb6 a3 11. Nc4 Rxa2 12. h3 Rf2+ 13. Kxf2 a2 0-1

i think black should play Bd3.......
1. Bd3 Rxd3, 2.Qe1#
1. Bd3 Qxd3, 2. Qxd3 Rxd3, 3. Rc1+ and mate next move
1. Bd3 another Rock move (Ra1 or Rb1), 2. Rc2 and mate in next move
1. Bd3 Qa1, 2. Rc2 and white must play Rf1, 3. Qxf1 and win material

I think there are good continuations with
Rc2
Rc5
Rc3

all of them seem nice... if one of them is better, I can't figure it out which one... :(
