If the offer is not available in the mobile payment option it does not appear in that box.

However the offer is listed in the menu - Other payment options- and I used a gaming card for this purpose (which is listed in the tab "Western Union and others".

However I did not get the bonus cubits offer. Is that an error in the system or is it ONLY meant for CC and PP? If that is the case it must not have been mentioned in the cubit / crown quantity selection box - right?
