but if you think your opponent cheats,then you can report him at report cheats room

i don't think the server is waiting for the move. i saw i lost because while waiting for the move of my opponent i saw a minus 12, or 14, but the server said to me i had won when the time of the opponent finished. so the server answers correctly to each one but it save the answer of one of us. this shuold help to fix the bug. bye

this problem seems to still persist, this happened today: While playing, I got message opponent disconnected, then he was reported reconnected, my screen says his time is ticking, yet suddenly I lose on time. Then I played another game with different opponent, and then two games with yet another opponent. At the end of that second game, my opponent made a fatal mistake in already lost position, we were talking about it, suddenly he says what's going on, that I lost on time. No disconnect message appeared to either of us. And then a window opened with my previous game when I had this problem, only it said there was an error connecting to the game. That was about an hour after I lost that game because of the bug.

Maybe this info will also be helpful to get this fixed.

Hello, I lost my game with deboss66 due to this bug. I want to know if I can get by ratings & cubits back. this is too embarrassing & makes me angry . I think there should be mail where user can send a picture of there screen with the game & the move so that they can get there cubits & ratings. Hope you will like my suggestions, so that users became happy and calm.

This also happened to me against checo today. I send the link with the printscreen and relevant info to feedback. I hope I get my rating and cubits back.

surely it is not rare as someone says. it is frequent and frustrating. i'm thinking to disconnect everytime i'm losing and recconnect at once so i can win letting my friend thinking i don't move. but it is so unpolite! surely there is someone using this to win, this happened after i refused a trice offered draw request. take care.

As far as bugs go, no one likes em.
I hear every day, bugs of various features turn up.
The latest one i heard, was that a player lost points even though he won the game.
Its understandable that you're working on it, but people also cheat this way.
Banning ids bans their ip addresses as well ? or do they just ban the id name ?
