Re: Bans for cheating - Country list

To ChessCube Admin,

Today I was banned in here, reason: sandbagging. I just cannot accept it though it was your option. I have nothing to gain from cheating, what for? I love chess since i was a teen and at 60 yrs old still playing for fun and recreation. Please do remember in here is not pure chess, we also have to play on time and am not good in this (check history), but I am trying to learn though my net was not cooperative. I played players with rating so low and yet beat me in a fashion way. And I guess, there were a lot of overrated and underrated players in cube. After reaching 252xp and was given a VIP status, all of a sudden banned for sandbagging!? Friends who may know this will put me in uncomfortable situation, I am a preacher of the Gospel.

To unbanned me is all i can wish, but i respect your position and option, chesscube is yours anyway!

Thanks and God bless!!

One point to note, is that the list does -in a very big way- correspond to the number of users per country registered on ChessCube. However, just because your country may have a large number of registered users on ChessCube, it does not make a large number of banned users for cheating seem "OK" or acceptable. Use these numbers as an opportunity to encourage your fellow countrymen to quit cheating on ChessCube, it will be a win-win situation for your country and for all ChessCube users.

Re: Bans for cheating - Country list

dear chesscube administrator,
i have been your member for many years now and i feel i was treated /judged wrongly for SANDBAGGING and thought i was cheating and was not given a chance to explain my side or was there really a cheating. For your information sir/madam, am a professional and a chess coach for many years during my younger years AND being accused is certainly unacceptable on my part . Chesscube helps me lot in neutralizing everyday stress. Thank you for hearing my side and hope i can still play and lift the ban. Thank you so much. Best regards.
