buy cubits via paypal

I have tried several times to buy cubits via paypal but after i confirm the transaction in the paypal window then this error came out

"Shop Info
The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method."

Can someone help me out in this matter. Thanks in advance
