Quick sugestion for tourney disconnection

Hi, this is Newba directly from Haumea, now to give a fast proposal to ChessCube.
I was playing a tourney, and the opponent did not move at all. Ok, nap time. But then the guy disconnected.
I had to wait the whole time, you see, just to gain one miserable point. Had even offered the doubling cube.

I have three suggestions to repair this annoying reality of the tournaments:
• increment a first-move time-limit system (something about 15 seconds for both sides)
• change the loss by disconnection time-limit to 15 seconds (to keep the bulletness of the tourneys)
• 15 seconds for the doubling cube decision

It's TERRIBLE to have to resign because your opponent does not make a single move. And it's AWFUL when you offer the doubling cube and he just keeps with his little loser pranky behavior.
These suggestions I ask that you read and consider carefully, dear ChessCube people, as they could really help those who really wanna play to really play, for real.
Thanks for your attention.
Hugs and kisses from your favorite Haumean boy,
Newba.
