Bad design - lag

Yesterday I played some opponent.

After some moves, he seemed not move anymore - his clock ticking down.

At a certain point, I saw my board refreshing, I heard the classic start game sound, and I saw he had all his time back, and I lost all my time.

Great.

Great.

A lot of times happend somethigs similar , and I thik the problems are from CC server, you can see it playing big tourneys and having a lot of problems whit thems. And don`t try to send a feedback, maybe CC values it , but never answer or make anything, is loss time.
