I won a rated game and didn't get my rating+another problem

hi, i was playing a rated game with some guy 60min , 50 cubits, RATED game
after a while we were playing i got his queen and he decided he wants to keep me wating so he wasted
50min doing nothing so i will wait, and i did.

at the end of the game i won and he forfieted on time BUT i didnt get any rating nor cubits
plus the game is not even in my games history , i uploaded a picture but the site wont let me show it
so who ever takes care of this stuff ill send a pic.

Hi Sahar_shukrun,

that's a rare problem sometimes faced by users but the answer is if your game is not in history then server didnt registered it and it doesn't count...so no cubits & points..
